Tools for Embodiment

In this active workshop, we will become attuned to ourselves, our breath, our bodies, our thoughts. The mind cannot live without the body, and yet, in this culture, we really amount to little more than talking heads. Much of the dis-ease we feel in our bodies, we ignore. In this two-hour workshop, we will breathe, move, talk, explore, and get really real in an embodied state.

Intimacy: A Primer

When you think of love and relationship, what or who do you think of? When you think of intimacy, what or who do you think of? Love, intimacy, sex, and relationship are both ridiculously simple, and highly complex. The language we use and the social inculturation around these ideas often creates confusion, bias, and divide where the simplicity of these falls behind the politics of morality, euphemism, and coercion. Come join us for an hour of interactive discussion on this topic that affects every single one of us.
